Our characters wake up on Fall 7, 1512 in the town of Mayei. They are finally able to turn in their quest to Mayla. She gives them 10gb, 15sp and 4cp for their work. She gives them a couple of options for quests before a young man rushes through the door and gives Mayla something. The King of Playo has requested assistance from Maylas guild in finding the medicine to hopefully cure this "new disease" plaguing the communities. Mayla, stressed asks for the groups assistance. Our brave adventuers happilty agree and they embark on their quest. The first stop, the Kingdom of Mirdow. They travel the country side finally reaching Mirdow after a couple hours. The city is bustling with life, people seem on edge. They meet with the King himself in the Great Castle and the King informs them that the Refugees from Ziel have started to fall in. They highly suspect its Spectres Decay, a brutal illness where the body and soul becomes disconnected and the body begins to rot away. The king sadly informs them the Queen has started to show signs. Voltaren, the one the most familiar with the disease, wants to see the queen to gather more information. He, Osric and Calliope go to visit the queen while the others finish their conversation with the King. Calliope gets nice and personal with the queen, holding her hand. The queen, pregnant and sick, seems weak. Voltaren tells her its unlikely she'll make it - to everyones horror
