Our characters wake up on Fall 8, 1512AD in the Kingdom of Mirdow. They say goodbye to the over shy and attentive front desk worker, discovering some intimate drawings of the group on grand adventures and even some ships between them. The group travels south and crosses over the river before going through the town of Lisa. They meet the large Haregon population and with Calliopes bardic magic, they offer the group of rabbit people a "blessed carrot from Sar" in exchange for information about the Tower of Loo. Willow meets "Bunny Brad" and feels a certain way about him. Meanwhile the group learns that the Tower of Loo has a negative reputation. Anyone who enters, never leaves. Brad tells of his friend Michael who was dared to step inside and shut the door. They opened the door after 3 seconds to discover an empty tower room and some rabbit fur on the floor. The people of Lisa avoid the Tower at all costs and warn the group to do the same.
In true adventuring fashion, the group presses on and after hours of travel reach the Tower of Loo.
The group makes it a game plan to avoid shutting the door at all costs. They decide to take the door off its hinges and to move it away from the tower. The 3 Stooges (Calliope, Osric, Voltaren) along with Voghan enter the 1st floor of the tower.
Meanwhile Willow, Neylse search around the tower before seeing Don leaning out from one of the high windows telling them they found something. They head towards the entrance to meet up with everyone. The 3 outsiders look into the tower door and suddenly realize they no longer see the rest of their party. Meanwhile the 4 inside turn around and realize the door is back on its hinges and is closed. Its not until all 7 party members enter the tower that the fun begins.
FLOOR ONE
The first floor is a typical tower room with tables, covered furniture, cobwebs, overgrown vines and moss along with barrels and boxes. The group investigates around before they all get a piercing headache and see:
Everyone will see a young man, in clothing that dates him a couple hundreds years ago, working in a workshop. Hes carving a large staff out of a blackened tree branch. He whistles a certain tune as he works and the vision will fade before he is done.
Meanwhile Voltaren, with the power of the Eye sees another vision:
He can see the man finishing the staff and proudly showing it to a young woman. Suddenly the staff splits open, and a dark red sap leaks out, the man panics and drops it with the top of the staff pointing toward the woman. Suddenly a red beam shoots out, piercing a hole right between her eyes, bouncing off the wall and striking the man in the leg. The woman drops instantly and the man screams and struggles to get over to her before the scene fades.
FLOOR TWO
The group climbs up through a hatch in the floor and finds themselves in an open field. The 2nd story in the tower. They see meadow stretching as far as the eye can see, the mountain scape looks similar to the Milton Divide the group passed before arriving at the tower. There are flowers and grass and they can see the Tower standing new and tall directly behind them. In Front of them, a singular grave. The head stone reading, “Here rests, thee kindest soul to bless this world. My best friend, Clara.” “Summer 8, 1111A.D. - Fall (8 or 9) 1135A.D.”
The vision starts and they watch the same young man, now in dark clothing and using the staff to walk. A bottle in his other hand. Approach the fresh grave and drop to his knees. He begins to softly cry,
Meanwhile Voltaren, with the power of the Eye sees another vision:
The man returns in a red hue, the man is crying, “I am so sorry I failed you… failed us… please.. Come back.. Ill do anything to get you back” He stands up, wiping his tears and taking a large swig from the bottle. “Perhaps… someone can help me.” He begins to limp and walk through the group and into the forest beside them as the vision fades.
FLOOR THREE
The group walks through the door into a bustling Tavern. There is music playing, people drinking and talking. They all seem to disregard the group. Ignoring any and all contact.
The group sees the same man approach and sit at the Bar. His head low and staff by his side. The bartender talks to him, looking apathetic. “Im sorry to hear… Anything I can do?” The man whispers something and the bartender nods starting to pour him a drink. The vision continues on as the man grabs his staff, the staff glowing red he turns around staring directly at the group and screams. The vision ends.
Meanwhile Voltaren, with the power of the Eye sees another vision:
He can see Carla (outlined in red) standing there, her eyes pure black with the hole in her head leaking blood) She opens her mouth and does this high pitch scream - the lights shatter and the vision ends.
The torch flames dissipate immediately after Voltarens and the room goes black before they flicker back on. All 6 Patreons are suddenly facing the group each staring down one of the members with black eyes. The man is no longer at the counter. The ENCOUNTER begins and the group successfully fights off all the patrons and stairs form out from the southern walls giving them a way to progress up.
FLOOR FOUR
The group walks upstairs and enters a narrow hallway with plenty of doors. The Tavern also serves as an Inn.
The vision begins. The same man can be seen at the end of the hallway in hysterics clutching his staff. The bartender passes through the group approaching him, “Hey are you okay!? You just screamed and ran up here-??” The man looks up his eyes crying blood, his pupils dilated, he frantically looks around, “No no! Please forgive me!” He shakingly raises his staff, the red sap breaking through the bark and once again the red laser shooting out, piercing through the bartender's heart and into the wooden ceiling above. The beam setting the wood ablaze. The vision Ends.
Meanwhile Voltaren, with the power of the Eye sees another vision:
He sees Carla, floating directly behind the bartender, her eyes black, her arms stretched outward and her head crooked. The beam pierces the bartender, goes straight through her and into the wooden ceiling above. The man gets up and rushes at the group, passing through them and disappearing. The vision ends abruptly with the smell of smoke filling the air.
The group turn around and see the stairway they entered through is now only a wooden floor. They begin to go through the doors and realize that each time they went through a door the outcome would be different. They could enter the same door and end up in different rooms. The fire begins to spread and they are able to escape through an entrance in one of the 8 rooms. They rush out of the burning Tavern and through the entrance door.
FLOOR FIVE
The group walks out into a thick dark forest.
The vision begins with the man walking through the center of the group, his dark cloak burned around the edges. His hood covering his face as he walks with his staff. He keeps walking into the Forest and begins to disappear. (The group followes him) The man glances behind him and his eyes widen and he takes off limping in pain.
Meanwhile Voltaren, with the power of the Eye sees another vision:
As they are approaching the cliff his visions get mixed and he begins to see outlines of webs and small pointed footsteps following them.
They watch as the man approaches the cliffside to the River of Lowe. He stands on the edge of the cliff looking terrified at the group. “Stay away from me! Please! It was an accid-” As he speaks the words his injured leg slips and they see him fall. They hear a large splash of water from below.
The group turns around and sees a large Drider, a half human half spider creature. The humanoid half of this creature was Carla, deceased and slumped over. An ENCOUNTER pursues and the group is able to defeat the creature before it dawns on them. They must follow the man and jump into the raging river below. They each, one by one, take the leap and land into the rushing water below.
FLOOR SIX
The group lands in the raging Lowe River and see some logs and trees. They swim over and grab onto them.
The vision begins with the man coming up to breathe grabbing onto a nearby log. He coughs up water and winces.
The group attempts to dodge multiple sharp rocks, each time they miss their log getting destroyed. Eventually all of Voltaren is on one log.
They watch the man get knocked into the water and fail to return to the surface.
The groups final log slammed into the rock knocking them all into the water. As they fall underneath the water surface they realize they can't break through the water. They begin to swim in panic as they realize they are slowly running out of air.
The vision continues and they see the mans body sink to the bottom of the river, the staff laying beside him.
One by one the group loses consciousness. Everything fades to black.
